With a new baby in the house my husband and I were having trouble finding the time or energy to cook fresh, healthy meals. We rarely have the time to go out to a restaurant. Because we started working with Katie (Eat LLC), we are eating wonderful home cooked, fresh, healthy meals without the hassle of grocery shopping, cooking and the clean-up that follows. It is fine dining at home!

I am a career woman with two toddlers, and my husband’s career takes him all over the US and Canada 75% of the time. Before Katie started cooking for our family, dinner consisted of hot dogs in the microwave and a mad rush to get that and some canned vegetable on the table before it was time to get the kids in a bath and to bed! By the time we finished the evening activities, clean up and chores, my husband and I would finally sit down for some leftover kid food or some frozen lean cuisine concoction just before our bed time!
